What an exciting night it was !

European championship took place in the City Hall of Gersthofen near Augsburg, Germany, on Friday 14th of Nov . The sell-out gala event was organized by Nina Trautz and the Dance School Trautz-Salmen in the best tradition of past German events,

And it was done in the most fabulous fashion:

The venue, the audience, the live band, and the hospitality were outstanding! Some of the best couples of the World did compete and this created a great atmosphere as we shared the floor ✨

We had a real joy of performing for the German audience, who is so passionate about dancing – their appreciation was truly felt. We sincerely congratulate you - Nina, Martina - the organisers, and a whole your team of your dance school, including of course, the event manager Michaela Reitmayer, with your well-deserved success!❤️ 🙏🏻 Congratulations!

Nina & Martina have also managed to gift us the very special moment in our career. In a most generous gesture, they presented to us the very special trophy that means the world to them ❤️💔🙏🏻🙌

The 55 years old winner trophy of the European Pro Latin Championship of 1970 won by Rudi Trautz himself then in England, was presented to us at this very moment in Germany, to the couple, who represents Great Britian ( a very symbolic moment) by his dearest daughter Nina and wife Martina 💔🙏🏻🙌❤️

You, ladies, have left us in awe & tears …speechless …🙏🏻

We were deeply touched and felt extremely humbled and honored to receive such an award, that carries such history and continues legacy of good traditions of ballroom dancing .✨

Mr. Rudi Trautz will always be an icon of our dancing world - the man you would look up to his standards , principles, beliefs & besides that , he was a great Champion of his time! His memory will stay with us forever and we will look after that legacy with care …
